Don't worry too much about being perfect. Very few of us are! Just in case you are not perfect, click here to see how you can avoid making common mistakes.
If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.
Wikipedians try to follow a strict policy of never biting new users. If you are unsure of how to do something, you are welcome to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator. One last bit of advice: please sign any dicussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which can be altered in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. If you need any help just let me know. Once again welcome to Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself and be BOLD! --Wisden17 23:31, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
Luther Wamble
[edit]Hello! Luther Wamble is not the appropriate spot to post information about yourself, because that's the encyclopedic part of the Wikipedia website. User:Wambloerst, however, is all yours to use more or less as you wish. Please see Wikipedia:Introduction and Wikipedia:User page for more information. --Wisden17 23:31, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
- You should add this to the article as this asserts the significance and notability of Luther Wamble. However, if you do so I shall nominate the article for deletion, via the AfD process, unless you can provide evidence that he meets these criteria. --Wisden17 23:42, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Curent sml, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. ScorpO 00:37, 28 December 2006 (UTC) Welcome to Wikipedia! We could really use your help to create new content, but your recent additions (such as "Curent sml") are considered nonsense. Please refrain from creating nonsense articles. If you want to test things out, edit the sandbox instead. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. ScorpO 00:37, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
Notice
[edit]Please do not create nonsense pages like you did on Curent sml (deleted per WP:CSD#G1) and edit nonsense into pages as you did on Sean Greenberg (deleted per WP:CSD#G4, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sean Greenberg). This is considered vandalism. --Ligulem 00:40, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
- You have been blocked for repeatedly recreating the nonsense page Curent sml. You may return to do something useful once your block has expired. --Ligulem 00:52, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
License tagging for Image:Glenncommunistpng.PNG
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Glenncommunistpng.PNG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --OrphanBot 03:06, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

Request reason:
account was phished
Decline reason:
We have no way of knowing if that is true. You were lucky the account was not indefinitely blocked, as there are no positive contributions. — Stephen 03:08, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
I did contribute the article on Luther Wamble, which is completely legitimate.
